Neighborhood Watch
Are you a BUYER who wants a home in a specific neighborhood?
Are you a HOMEOWNER who is curious about home prices in your neighborhood?
Now you can stay up-to-date on what is going on in Kokomo real estate in the neighborhood you choose!
You can get information about homes in your Neighborhood Watch area – complete with prices, addresses, descriptions and pictures – sent directly to your email address.
Here’s how it works…
- Fill out the form below with either an address or the name of a neighborhood/subdivision.
- I will set-up a search of the MLS for properties for sale in that area.
- Once the search is set, I will send you an email with an explanation of the Neighborhood Watch system and a link to your Neighborhood Watch “cart”.
- Every night the MLS will search for listings in your Watch area. When it finds one that matches your neighborhood, it will add it to your “cart” and send you an email.
So, if you are a buyer, instead of spending all your time searching the internet, checking the Homes Magazine, scouring the newspaper, driving neighborhoods and calling about each house, let Neighborhood Watch or HomeAlerts do the work for you.
If you are a homeowner curious about neighborhood prices or thinking about selling your home, you can find out what your neighbors are asking for their house.
So, let’s get started…
Just fill out the form below and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.

Notes:
- Please use an email address that you check regularly AND double-check to make sure you entered your email address correctly.
- Once you submit the form, you will receive an automatic email from the “system” to confirm that you want the Neighborhood Watch.
- If you do not get a “confirmation email” you may have mis-typed your email address or it may be in your “junk” mail.
- Follow the directions on the email.
- After you have confirmed your request for Neighborhood Watch, I will get you all set up.
- If you do not repond to the “confirmation email” I can’t send you the information you requested. (This is to protect you from getting information you didn’t request.)
Special Note to Buyers:
If you want information about homes across the area, please visit HomeAlerts and use that form.
