Kokomo Homes by Price Range
What will your money buy?
I get calls all the time from buyers wanting to take advantange of the great prices on homes for sale in Kokomo and the surrounding areas. Everyone is looking for a bargain! And there are many bargains out there!
First of all, the majority of Kokomo homes for sale are offered at bargain prices – prices not seen in Central Indiana since the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. And there are bargains in every price range.
The deepest discounts on homes are usually foreclosure homes and most of these homes have been “used and abused”. They often need considerable work - a lot more than a little TLC.
To give you an idea of what your money can buy in different price ranges, I’ve set up a series of “Listing Carts” through the Central Indiana Multiple Listing Service (CIRMLS) with the most recent listings of homes for sale in the Kokomo area. Including foreclosures!
Because of local MLS rules, I can’t put a direct feed to these properties on my website. So, I have set up one general “Lising Cart” for each price range, each of which has 30-40 of the most recent listings in it.
That means this system is time intensive – I have to constantly watch the market and the carts. I need to identify properties to add to the cart and identify properties to delete from the carts.
For this system to work, we all have to work together so that everyone who visits this site has a chance to see houses in their price range.
So here are some ground rules for using the cart and the “buttons” you should and should not use…
- Look but don’t delete! You can look at all the details about a property and even print them or email them to yourself or someone else. [See Note Below]
- Do not click the calendar! To schedule a viewing of the property, contact me directly at 765-513-0354 or send me an email.
- Do not click the book/clock! For questions or comments about the property, contact me directly at 765-513-0354 or send me an email.
- Do not click delete! I know I already said that; but it is so important, it is worth repeating!
- Do click the magnifying glass. These are the MLS details about the property.
- Do click the camera. You will see multiple pictures of the property. (If you don’t see a camera, that means the agent did not take multiple pictures.)
- Do click the printer. Print the MLS detail sheet.
- Do click the email button. Email the details to yourself or a friend.
Note (May 24): Over the past few days, some “jerk or jerks” decided to delete listings in some of the carts. This is a disservice to each and everyone who follows the rules. You may just want to get an idea of what’s on the market in your price range and you don’t want to have to sign-in to get this information. I respect that and believe it or not, I’m the same way! However, if a few bad apples continue to delete listings, I will be forced to make this a members only service. To keep this open to everyone, everyone has to cooperate!
Now, as you view these listings, keep in mind that these are just a sampling of the most recent listings or price changes in Howard County and parts of Cass, Miami and Tipton counties.
