ByWe’ve all seen comments in the MLS about homes for sale in Kokomo needing just a little TLC. We see a couple of pictures that look good, the price seems to be a bargain, so we decide to take a look.
Lo and behold, we get to the house and find the roof needs replacing, the carpet in the living room is stained and wet because the pipes in the slab froze last winter, there are holes in the walls, ceiling fixtures are missing and there is mold crawling up the walls in the bathrooms and the laundry room.
Here’s a humerous video full of “realtor-speak” that paint a pretty picture of some not so pretty houses. And no, these homes for sale are NOT in the Kokomo area!
