Maybe there’s a smoker in the house and they’ve been banished to the garage – but I don’t see any ashtrays. Or maybe it’s just a case of someone who is always in the doghouse and they decided they need a few “creature” comforts when in exile. Whatever the reason, I bet buyers touring the house get a chuckle!
As you are preparing your house for sale keep your potential buyers in mind. Do you want them leaving your house laughing or reaching for their check books?
