During the tour, you’ll be able to walk through 5 foreclosed homes in Kokomo. We will simply meet at the first home and then caravan from home to home. This educational tour should finish in about 90 minutes.
This is a great way for you to learn more about the foreclosure market because you’ll be able to see and evaluate each home inside and out. You’ll even be able to have your questions answered.
When we meet, you’ll receive a special educational foreclosure tour packet which will include the following:
- Details on each home included in the tour.
- A map in case you get separated from the caravan.
- A summary of the real estate market statistics including recent comparable home sales, the average length of time it takes to sell a home today and the average selling prices of homes in the area.
This is a no-pressure, no sales-pitch educational tour. Our goal is to simply help you learn about current foreclosure opportunities available. You might even find that buying a foreclosed home isn’t for you.
We have to limit the number of slots on these tours because the caravan process becomes challenging with too many attendees. Right now there are 2 slots available. They will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
