Kokomo REALTOR Casts a Long Shadow
ByThere’s an old saying that someone who casts a long shadow has considerable influence on other people or events. I kinda wondered if this Kokomo REALTOR® was onto something good. Something that would influence a quick sale. Maybe, just maybe, casting a long shadow over a listing will get it sold faster than you can bury St. Joseph! (And a whole lot easier, too.)
Darn it all! No such luck! The house that goes with this yard is on its second listing – with over 470 days on the market. There goes that theory – right out the window!
Wait, maybe the shadow isn’t long enough! Maybe I should test it out myself. If and when I do, I will be sure to let you know the results.
In the meantime, if you come across any “fabulous” or “not-so-fabulous” pictures in the MLS, email me the MLS number or the address of the property! It doesn’t matter if the house is in Kokomo or the surrounding areas, as long as it is in the Central Indiana MLS (CIRMLS) I can find it. Who knows, I may feature your suggestion in Photo Friday !
