Kokomo Photo Friday – Luxury Ahead!

By Betty

Last week I posted some of my “rant” bathroom pictures from the MLS of homes for sale in Kokomo. All those bathrooms were small and didn’t lend themselves well to pictures. And they didn’t have any “wow” features.

Today, we have some pictures of bathrooms with that “wow power” that was missing last week. Take a look and see if you agree that these pictures are worthy of their space in the MLS.

All these bathrooms have something in common – a unique or interesting feature that just might “tweak” a buyers interest. Three of the four bathrooms appear to be quite spacious. Even a smaller bathroom with a unique feature, like the “glass” sink counter-top, can warrant a picture.

The problem is that too many bathroom pictures show a shower curtain, a standard toilet and a plain old vanilla sink. Wouldn’t you rather see more pictures of the living areas of the house than a plain, old ordinary bathroom?

If you come across any “fabulous” or “not-so-fabulous” pictures in the MLS, email me the MLS number or the address of the property! It doesn’t matter if the house is in Kokomo or the surrounding areas, as long as it is in the Central Indiana MLS (CIRMLS) I can find it. Who knows, I may feature your suggestion in Photo Friday !
