Well, Kokomo Beach in Kokomo, Indiana isn’t the beach of Beach Boys fame. But it’s the best we have to offer in Central Indiana. So come on down to the beach…

I will never come back to this place. I thought this would be a fun afternoon with the family. But it turned out to be a awful afternoon. The management was more like prison guards. The way they inforced the rules and regulations was more like a prison than a water park. I know we are only one family and our $17 doesn’t mean a whole lot per one visit but since we will not be back they are losing any more money we would have spent in the future visits to Kokomo Beach.

Dear Steve -
I’m sorry your experience was so negative. You said they enforced the rules and regulations like a prision. I wish you had explained this a little. Rules and regulations are in place for a reason – the safety of all swimmers.
Whatever this issue – I hope you addressed it with the management at Kokomo Beach. I doubt if they will ever see your comment on here.

I have gone to the “Seashore” since I was around 8 years old and was sad to see it go when they redid it into Kokomo Beach. Now that I’ve gone several times through the years, I have loved the improvement! I have always had a wonderful time and so have my kids, along with anyone else I know that goes there.

Thank you for your comments about Kokomo Beach. Like you, I’ve only heard great things.
As I said in my response to Steve, rules and regulations are in place for the safety of everyone. When someone isn’t following the rules, they or someone else can get hurt. Or even worse, drown! Then it’s lawsuit time!
