Falling Prices – Good News! Bad News!

Don’t you just love it when you go shopping for something and you can get it for a low price? It doesn’t matter whether it’s gas, shoes, a car or a house. If you can buy it at a low price, you are bound to be happy.

But did you know that falling prices aren’t always a good thing? We all know that home prices have gone down. That’s good for Kokomo buyers. But what about Kokomo sellers? Not good news for them!

I came across this short video on Consumer Reports that explains how falling prices can be good and how they can be bad. It was a real eye-opener for this bargain hunter!
