Help for Kokomo Home Owners Facing Foreclosure

By Betty

Facing Foreclosure – There is help!

Are you facing foreclosure? Have a friend or family member facing foreclosure? There is help available! If you or someone you know is facing foreclosure on a Kokomo home, there are alternatives to foreclosure and there is local help available.

According to today’s issue of REALTOR Magazine Online, several mortgage companies and nonprofit housing counselors have formed Hope Now. Hope Now offers help to home owners having trouble making their mortgage payment.

If you go to the Hope Now website, you will see several links to resource information about credit counseling and links to find a credit counselor. If you scroll down the page you will also see the membership of this group. Good news! A lot of the big lenders are listed!

A while back I posted the article You Can Avoid Foreclosure! There is a list of alternatives to foreclosure and also information about Indiana-based assistance for home owners facing the possibility of foreclosure.

I’ve been trained in foreclosure intervention strategies and can help you determine alternatives to foreclosure. Sometimes it is as simple as me coaching you about what to say to your lender and pointing you in the right direction. So, please, if I can answer any questions or help you get pointed in the right direction, don’t hesitate to call me at 1-765-513-0354 or send me an email.
